Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

HUG OF FIRE always belief in the Full Satisfaction of their valuable customer. And following this, we did our best to make a return policy with
extended service, which is suitable for our honorable customer.

HUG OF FIRE 10 Days Easy Return/Exchange will apply in this following points

  1. If the Customer/Consumer not satisfied with the product size or fitting
  2. If the Customer/Consumer received (by mistake) a defective product.
  3. If the Customer/Consumer received (by mistake) a physically damaged product.
  4. If the Customer/Consumer are unhappy with the quality of the product
  5. If the Customer/Consumer received (by mistake) a different product from the description on the website.

 Customer/Consumer must have to follow this step to returns or exchanges the product

  1. If you face any issue with the product you have to notify us with order ID, invoice info, and details problem within 24 hours
    after receiving the products from the delivery man
  2. We will confirm the exchange/return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
  3. Customers/Consumers must ensure that products are in unused, unwashed, and original condition. Include all price tags, labels,
    original packing, and invoice along with the Products.

Note: Any Return or Exchange issue Customer/Consumer must have to contact us within 24 hours after receiving the products from the delivery man.

official Facebook page of HUG OF FIRE with order ID, invoice picture, and details problem. You have to send us the product/s within 7 days.

Customer/Consumer

Alternative: Customer/Consumer can go to the nearest HUG OF FIRE outlet to return the product and exchange the desired one
(Note: if that similar product is available on that specific outlet)

Important

  1. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be exchanged or returned.
  2. Products which were sold as combos or in sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
  3. Used products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  4. Footwear/Bag can be exchanged only in case of not being satisfied with the quality of the product or if the products are damaged or defective.
  5. After receiving the product, HUG OF FIRE has full authority to make a decision on whether the product will be applicable for exchange or refund policy.
  6. Any product sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is defective or damaged.
  7. In Jewelry Accessories return and exchange policy will not acceptable.
  8. Any Under Garments or Inner Wear product (for both Men & Women) or Lingerie items cannot be exchanged or returned.

We assure you that all products sold on hugoffire.com are brand new. In case the products you have received are ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as Described’,
you can exchange/return it within 7 days and we will solve your issue within the next 10 working days after receiving your notification.

NOTE: items sold under any Sale/Discount offer can be exchanged or returned only if you received defective or damaged products

Refund Policy

Your money is 100% safe with us. Refunds are issued when

  1. If HUG OF FIRE is unable to deliver the ordered product/s.
  2. If HUG OF FIRE is unable to provide a replacement.

If you pay us by using a card, then we will request a refund in the bank which will take 3-5 working days. Most refunds are fully refunded in 10-15 days
after we receive the return package. Credit card payment return may take longer depending on the Commercial Banks policy. If you pay us by any mobile wallet
(bKash, Nagad, Rocket, mCash, MyCash, t-cash, Sure Cash), then your money will be refunded to the same account within 5-7 working days.
