Return & Replacement Policy
HUG OF FIRE allows returns of damaged or mistakenly designed products within 03 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Replacement is subject to inspection. Refunds exclude non-refundable charges like Cash on Delivery convenience and shipping charges.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after evaluating returns. Replacement depends on product availability. Cash on Delivery convenience and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be made to respective accounts for online payments. Refund time may take 7-10 working days.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order upon receiving a confirmation call. Cash on Delivery orders will not be refunded. For Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer payments, refunds will be made after cancellation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
Legal Disputes
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh. HUG OF FIRE reserves the right to pursue intellectual property rights through injunctive relief.
Unauthorized Charges
Report any unauthorized charges on your card within 60 days of the transaction for investigation.
Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders
HUG OF FIRE reserves the right to cancel past, pending, and future.
